Our Adoption Process
-
We are a small breeder - as such we do not always have puppies available and the best way to secure yours is by joining our priority waitlist for that particular litter (see “Upcoming litters” for details)
Deposits are taken on a first come, first served basis and are $500.
Within the first 2 weeks of age, we will contact you to offer you a choice of your puppy, depending on your gender preferences. A further $500 payment is taken to secure your particular puppy. The full remaining balance of the payment is required at the 6 week mark.
For puppies who do not have a deposit taken at 2 weeks, we will make an announcement that we have puppies available and offer these to the general public.
If for some reason we do not have a puppy of your preferred gender in our litter, you can choose to be prioritised for a puppy of that gender in our next litter, or we will refund your deposit.

Our pups are $4750 inclusive of GST.
We understand there are cheaper groodles out there. Our dogs have been carefully bred with due consideration given to both parents. Our breeding parents have full DNA profiles with Orivet and are screened thoroughly for relevant diseases. We also hip and elbow score and are happy to share the scores of these with any potential buyer. Our puppies receive a full health check prior to sale by our trusted Vet and when you purchase from us you receive ongoing support.
Dogs who have not been carefully bred with their parent’s health and behaviour profiles in mind can end up costing thousands of dollars over their lifetime at the vet, and lots of heartache. This is why we recommend buying from a trusted, experienced breeder who understands the genetics involved in breeding.
We believe puppies can bring a lifetime of love and happiness to their families, and you can feel confident knowing your puppy’s health and temperament is our main priority.

We include a soft teddy with your puppy that has been in amongst the litter and carries their scent with them. This will help your puppy settle into their new home.
Your puppy comes fully vaccinated and microchipped. We include a certificate of vet check with our pups as well.
If you need us to arrange a crate or other things for your pup we are happy to do so at additional cost.
You may also opt in for our free 30 day insurance with TruPanion that covers your pup from the minute you pick them up. You may then choose to continue with this insurer or choose your own.

We don’t allow home visits for a few reasons.
We understand paying a lot of money for a dog can be uncomfortable when you haven’t been able to meet them, and this news can be disappointing.
The health of your pup is our foremost priority. Puppies are vulnerable to all sorts of diseases in their first 3 months. Not allowing lots of guests to handle them protects them from viruses and diseases that are unintentionally introduced by others. We have our family pets here as well, and also need to protect them even though they are fully vaccinated. Although this means you need to wait a little longer to meet your new family member, it does mean you can be confident that he or she has not been handled by hundreds of people, many of whom might just want to play with puppies and have no genuine interest in buying one, or some who have been to visit other animals that day and may cross contaminate the litter.
We are a family home, not a commercial business, and the safety and protection of all our family members - 2 legs and 4, will always be the most important thing to us.
We make sure we have lots of photos ready for interested buyers, and once a deposit is taken on a pup we send lots of videos and photos to keep you updated on your puppy’s progress and their interactions with their siblings.
We have an excellent reputation that you can be assured your pup is in the best hands until your own.
-
From time to time we have slightly older dogs that are searching for forever homes. They are typically aged between 12 months and 3 years. If you are looking to bypass the puppy stage, send us an enquiry.

Groodles make for excellent therapy and companion dogs. Their gentle and affectionate natures and intelligence mean they are the ideal candidate to be trained for these purposes.
We will be happy to work with you to try and provide a dog of sound temperament if you intend to use your dog as a therapy or companion animal. Several of our pups have gone on to become therapy and assistance animals.
Proper therapy and companion dogs need correct, thorough training and not every groodle will have the correct traits or temperament to work as a therapy dog. This training needs to be done through an accredited provider and takes up to 18 months.
We highly recommend you contact Therapy Dogs NSW to discuss what courses and training looks like for your pup.

What happens if I change my mind?
If you are not able to keep your puppy after it has come to you, we ask that you come back to us so we can assist in finding an appropriate home for the dog. A thorough vet check must be done on the dog before it comes home to us to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our dogs. We do not offer refunds for puppies that must be returned but can offer a portion of any fee we get for the puppy’s new home, less any vet fees that have been incurred for the dog.
